The PMDD Cycle Candle Collection is a four-piece candle series inspired by the emotional and physical rhythms of the menstrual cycle. Each candle represents a distinct phase — Menstrual / Release, Follicular / Renew, Ovulation / Bloom, and Luteal / Storm — and was thoughtfully paired with a scent profile that reflects the feeling of that stage.

Created as part of the PMDD Digital Project, this collection is meant to encourage awareness, comfort, and conversation around PMDD and menstrual health. Each candle was designed not only as a sensory experience, but also as a symbolic reminder that the menstrual cycle can bring shifts in energy, mood, and needs that deserve recognition and care.

Release | Menstrual Phase

Scent Description: An airy blend of Sugared plum, Fig, and Vanilla Coconut Sugar. Release feels smooth, lightly sweet, and gently grounding, with a subtle earthiness from the fig and a creamy finish that makes the scent feel calming and reflective.

Renew | Follicular Phase

Scent Description: A warm blend of Creamy Vanilla, Coconut Sugar, and Warm Cashmere. Renew feels cozy, and uplifting. It has a creamy sweetness balanced by a smooth, and warm comforting finish.

Bloom | Ovulation Phase

Scent Description: A vibrant blend of Black Cherry Merlot, Freesia, and Pink Sugar. Bloom is juicy, and expressive with depth that adds richness and fullness. It feels bold, and sensual without losing its softness.

Storm | Luteal Phase

Scent Description: A grounding blend of Honeycomb, Cinnamon, Brown sugar, and Vanilla. Storm is warm, soothing, and enveloping, with a scent trail of sweet spice and warm comfort. Like warmth during emotional heaviness, it's rich, cozy, and deeply familiar.
